We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support executive and administrative operations. This is not an entry-level or training role. We need someone who has already supported an executive, founder, or leadership team and can manage recurring responsibilities with minimal supervision.
You should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-up. This role includes calendar and inbox support, task tracking, document organization, CRM updates, administrative coordination, and helping keep priorities moving. Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in executive support, admin, operations, or coordination
• Experience supporting an executive, founder, or leadership team
• Strong experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Drive
• Experience using Asana or a similar task management platform
• Comfortable using Go High Level CRM or a similar CRM
• Able to work independently and keep things organized without constant supervision
