I travel frequently to speak at events and move fast. I’m the visionary and ideas person. I need help with execution and keeping me organized when it comes to my business/personal life so things can move faster and things can actually get done.
Our company is growing fast so as long as the performance is solid and consistent, you can expect me to give you bigger roles and more responsibilities in the future and your role will grow as we grow (which comes with promotions/bonuses etc.). I just need a reliable right hand person that can help me move faster and with more predictability while keeping everything in my life organized.
**What I Need**
I need a right-hand operator assistant who takes ownership of execution and organization across all businesses and the projects inside so I can stay focused on thinking, creating, and leading. This is not a task-follower role. You figure things out, you get things done, and you own your work end to end. Also, you need to be someone who uses AI and is adapted to using AI.
**What Some of Your Responsibilities Look Like:**
Events (Elite Entrepreneurs)
? Build and manage forms for partnerships, sponsors, and applications
? Build automations for partner communications and affiliate systems
? Organize all event data, timelines, and resources in one place
? Keep everything on track for July 2026 event and future events
**Education Business (Growth Writer)**
? Ensure weekly live calls happen — scheduling, reminders, recordings
? Project manage the website rebuild (you don’t build it, you own getting it done)
? Upload and update course videos
? Manage and update the
? Build workflows for live call recordings going to the platform
? Track KPIs and report on them
**Personal Brand**
? Make sure YouTube and Instagram posts go live on schedule with correct descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
? Coordinate with editors and freelancers to hit deadlines

**Executive & Admin**
? Book travel, check into flights, manage logistics
? Research and find information fast
