JOB OVERVIEW

Hey - we're Konvert Ads, a direct response ad creative agency working with 7–9 figure health, supplement, and beauty brands running META ads at $50K–$250K/day. Small team, full of A+ players

We need someone who can keep this entire operation running smoothly. You'll be our project manager, UGC creator coordinator, and executive assistant rolled into one. If you're the type who thrives on keeping things organized, holding people accountable, and just getting things done — this might be the most exciting role you apply for this year.

What you'll do:
? Manage all projects and deadlines in ClickUp across multiple client accounts
? Source and coordinate UGC creators for client campaigns (speed is everything)
? Keep tea ---------- mbers accountable — if someone's behind, you're on it before anyone else notices
? Act as the founder's right hand for research, ops tasks, and anything else that comes up
? Manage communication across clients, team, and external partners

You need to have:
? Real experience with ClickUp (non-negotiable — you need to know it cold)
? Strong project management or VA background, ideally in a creative or remote team
? Experience sourcing freelancers or UGC creators
? Excellent English communication — proactive, clear, and honest
? The kind of work ethic where weekends don't scare you when deadlines demand it

Details:
? $1,000/month, full-time (40 hrs/week)
? EU timezone core hours, with flexibility to overlap US time for creator coordination
? Fully remote, Slack-based, async-first
? Pay increases tied to performance
