JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Operations & Investor Support Manager (Full-time, Remote – Asia Timezone)

We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Operations & Investor Support Manager.

This is not a standard assistant role. You will work directly alongside the founder and act as a right hand in daily operations, investor communication, and project management.

About the Project
You will be working on a 5-star beachfront resort backed by international investors and a fully managed hotel concept.
The role involves online communication with investors, lawyers, external partners, and the internal team.

Your Role
You will take ownership of the operational and communication side of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and nothing slips.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing email communication (investors, lawyers, partners)
- Responding to detailed questions about the project (based on provided information)
- Following up with leads, investors, and ongoing conversations
- Preparing structured answers to legal and financial questions
- Keeping track of all ongoing discussions and deadlines
- Planning calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Acting as a filter and organizer for incoming information
- Proactively identifying what needs attention and pushing for action
- Supporting in documentation, updates, and investor communication

Who You Are

- Extremely proactive and takes initiative without being asked
- Highly organized and structured
- Strong in written English (near-native level required)
- Comfortable communicating with investors and lawyers
- Able to understand complex information and translate it clearly
- Detail-oriented and precise
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple threads at once
- Not afraid to challenge, remind, and push things forward

Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Based in or working within Asian timezones
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience in operations, project management, or executive support
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment is a plus

- Not someone waiting for instructions
