JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a basic assistant.
We are looking for a high-level operator.

Someone who can step in, take control, and make the business run smoother without being told every move.

This role is for someone who is organized, strong-willed, proactive, and can hold their ground.

? The Role

You will work directly with the founder.

I will walk you through how I think, how the business runs, and what we are building.

Your job is to take that information and turn it into structure, systems, and execution.

Not just doing tasks.
Solving problems before they become problems.

???? What You’ll Do
Manage calendar, priorities, and daily execution flow
Hold the team accountable to deadlines and deliverables
Build and maintain systems inside ClickUp
Help manage and organize operations inside GoHighLevel
Identify bottlenecks and fix them
Turn chaos into clear, trackable workflows
Act as a force multiplier for the founder

Experience with ClickUp and GoHighLevel
Strong, clear spoken and written English
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Ability to hold your ground and push back when needed
Fast learner who can adapt quickly
Self-starter who takes initiative without being asked
