How to Apply:

Please keep your application short and clear. Send an email with the following information

Email
subject: Onlinejobs.ph Executive Assistant Role - [your full name]

Then answer these 3 questions:

1. Scheduling
You need to schedule a meeting between 3 people in different time zones (New York, Tel Aviv, and Bangkok), and each person has limited availability. How would you approach this step-by-step?

2. Inbox + Prioritization
It’s 9:00 AM and you see the following messages from us:

“Can you book a flight for tomorrow morning to Singapore?”
“We need to reschedule my 2PM call — conflict just came up.”
“Did we pay the invoice from last week?”
“Please find a good math tutor for my child.”
“Reminder — I need the expense summary today.”

What would you do first, second, third, etc.?
Walk us through your thinking step-by-step.
You can also mention what tools or actions you would take.

3. Organizational system
Please explain exactly how you would track and manage the following on a daily basis:
-Tasks
-Expenses / receipts / payments
-Follow-ups (e.g., emails, vendors, ongoing items)

Be specific:

What tools would you use?
How would you structure the information?
How would you make sure nothing is missed?

If helpful, you can give a simple example of how your system would look.
