Salary: $800–$1,500/month based on experience (higher for the right person)
Schedule: Full-time, 9am–5pm Philippine Time
Start: Immediately
Commitment: Long-term with regular pay increases and room for growth

About The Lytbox Academy:

Lytbox Academy (founded in 2020) is an online education brand with a rapidly growing YouTube channel, a private community of 1,700+ members on Circle, and courses with hundreds of students. We need the right person to help run the day-to-day so the founder can focus on content, growth, and the big picture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Community Management (in Circle Communities)
- Manage our Circle community day-to-day, onboarding, organization, member support, and interacting directly with students and members in our community making sure everyone feels supported
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot workflows and automations
- Keep things running smoothly so nothing slips through the cracks

Notion Management
- Build, maintain, and organize databases, systems, and documentation
- This isn't basic Notion, you'll work with relations, rollups, filters, and views
- Keep everything structured and easy to navigate

WordPress Administration
- Navigate the WordPress backend and work with plugins like Fluent Communities and Fluent CRM
- Setting up newsletters and email campaigns in our CRM
- You won't be building websites or writing content, but you need to be comfortable inside WordPress and willing to learn new tools

YouTube Channel Support
- Update video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata
- No editing required — just accurate, detail-oriented channel maintenance

Students & Membership Support (this is big part of the role)
- Handle student and member inquiries with care and interacting directly with our students and members in our community
- Process refunds and manage account changes accurately
- Respond to emails on behalf of Jeffrey

Organization & Bookkeeping
- Manages emails
- Track payments, expenses, and subscriptions inside Notion databases
- Keep all numbers organized and up to date
- You don't need to be an accountant, but you do need to be comfortable managing numbers and keeping things tight
