Operations Manager / Right-Hand Support for Growing Service Business
Team Support | Operations | Communication | Implementation

We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and dependable Operations Manager / Right-Hand Support person to help support a growing service business.

This is not just an assistant role. This is a high-level support role for someone who can help keep the business organized, moving, and growing. We need someone who can support the owner closely, help manage moving parts, support the team, improve systems, and help turn ideas into real execution.

The right person will be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through. They should be able to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions to fully understand what is needed, and then carry things out accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving business, helping manage people and priorities, and turning ideas into action.

About the role

We are looking for someone who can act as a strong right-hand support person inside the business.

This person will help with operations, team coordination, communication, implementation, and general business support. They will help keep the owner out of every small detail by taking ideas, understanding the vision, and helping move things forward in an organized and thoughtful way.

This role requires someone who can balance:

Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting day-to-day business operations
• Helping manage team communication, follow-up, and accountability
• Keeping projects, tasks, and moving parts organized
• Helping turn ideas into real plans, systems, and completed actions
• Assisting with process improvement and operational organization
• Supporting client communication in a professional and friendly way
• Supporting referral partner communication and follow-up
• Helping manage backend administrative tasks
• Keeping the owner informed while also helping reduce overwhelm
• Helping ensure things do not get dropped as the business grows
• Supporting team coordination and helping people stay on track
• Helping create more structure, consistency, and follow-through in the business

We are especially looking for someone who:
