Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

As we grow, we’re looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder/CEO and help drive the business forward.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a high-impact, right-hand position where you will, help run the day-to-day operations of the business, keep the CEO focused on high-value work, and bring structure, clarity, and execution to multiple moving priorities. If you’re someone who loves being organized, takes initiative without being told, and wants to grow into operations or leadership, then this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups
- Act as a gatekeeper to protect the CEO’s time and focus

Operations and Project Coordination
- Track projects across real estate, construction, and operations
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tea ---------- mbers
- Create and improve systems, SOPs, and workflows

Communication and Coordination
- Communicate with clients, partners, and internal tea ---------- mbers
- Draft professional emails and responses on behalf of the CEO
- Help deliver a high-quality, professional client experience

Business and Strategic Support
- Assist with reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Conduct research and provide recommendations
- Support special projects and company initiatives

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 7 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or leadership team
- Experience in real estate, construction, or service-based businesses is a plus
- Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus
