We are looking for a reliable, professional, and long-term Client Onboarding & Customer Support Assistant to join our team.
This role mainly involves joining scheduled client calls, conducting onboarding meetings, gathering important client information, and making sure everything is properly relayed to the correct department. The position also includes customer support, follow-ups, and assisting clients with ongoing questions and light admin-related tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Join scheduled onboarding and client calls
• Handle daily Zoom calls, typically around 15 to 20 calls per day, although some days may have fewer scheduled calls
• Conduct meetings mainly through Zoom
• Gather important client information during calls
• Relay client details clearly to the appropriate internal department
• Answer client questions and guide them throughout the process
• Handle customer support tasks through WhatsApp,
• Send follow-ups and ongoing client communications
• Assist clients with light personal or administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
• Comfortable speaking with clients professionally on Zoom calls
• Must be available to work during the EST time zone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Patient, professional, and helpful in client communication
• Able to manage daily client interactions efficiently
• Looking for a long-term role
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus
