Job Title: Construction Assistant Manager (Remote)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA Construction Assistant Manager to support our Construction Manager with project coordination, administrative tasks, and communication. This is a long-term remote role for someone organized, proactive, and familiar with construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Construction Manager with project coordination and follow-ups
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Organize and maintain project files, reports, and documentation
Prepare progress reports and update project trackers
Assist with estimating, purchase orders, and invoicing when needed
Monitor task completion and flag delays or issues
Support scheduling of site visits, meetings, and inspections
Qualifications:
At least 1–3 years experience in construction support, project coordination
Must have VA experience of at least 1 year
Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Construction or engineering background is a plus
