JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Partner to work closely with our senior executive across multiple business areas.

This role is for someone who can bring structure, improve executive workflow, manage moving priorities, and help ensure smooth coordination across projects, communications, scheduling, and operations. You’ll act as a trusted right hand, helping leadership stay focused by driving execution, follow-up, and organization at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Own and improve executive workflows for inbox, calendar, and task management
Create systems and communication processes that improve efficiency and accountability
Manage executive support functions including email triage, calendar management, and prioritization
Coordinate complex travel plans, scheduling, and high-level logistics
Help align priorities and follow-through across multiple business areas
Support strategic projects and operational initiatives from planning through execution
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, then implement solutions proactively
Help route decisions, flag urgent matters, and keep important items moving
Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information and access
Prepare summaries, updates, and reports to support executive decision-making

What We Need

5+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a Chief of Staff or high-level Executive Assistant role
Proven experience building systems, workflows, and operational structure
Strong organizational, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
Experience handling executive communications, travel logistics, and cross-functional projects
High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
Comfortable managing shifting priorities across multiple time zones
Experience supporting executives across multiple business entities or growth-stage environments is a plus
