VentureX is a New Zealand recruitment consultancy. We specialise in placing high-calibre, Philippines-based talent into permanent, direct-hire roles with New Zealand businesses.
Our client is a fast-paced NZ real estate agency looking for a remote Executive Assistant to take the lead on their administrative operations.
The successful applicant will be working for the agency owner and one other agent.
You will be the backbone of the sales team, managing the administrative lifecycle of each property from appraisal to settlement.
What you'll be doing:
Listing Management: End-to-end management of listings on local platforms like Trade Me and
Contracts: Drafting and modifying agreements with total accuracy.
Compliance: Managing documentation and ensuring all compliance standards are met.
Operations: CRM management, coordinating vendors, and regular reporting.
What you need to have to be successful:
NZ Experience: Previous experience working within a New Zealand real estate agency is preferred, and previous experience working for an NZ company is essential.
NZ Business Practices: A strong understanding of New Zealand business culture, property terminology, and local standards.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when drafting legal documents and managing compliance.
Communication: Fluent written and verbal English.
Location: Based in the Philippines with a stable home office setup and reliable internet.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Fresh graduates will not be considered for this role.
We are looking for someone who has at least five years of experience working for international companies, with at least two of those years being with New Zealand companies.
