The Role
This is not a "task-taker" role; this is a high-level partnership. As the Executive Assistant, your primary mission is to protect Lisa’s time, energy, and focus. You are the gatekeeper of the brand and the architect of the founder's daily life.
While you handle high-level EA duties, you will also manage the "backend" systems (GoHighLevel & ClickUp) and AI automations that keep the 7-figure engine running smoothly behind the scenes. You are the bridge between brand exposure and revenue.

1. Primary Responsibility: Executive Support & Gatekeeping
Zone of Genius Protection: You own Lisa’s calendar. You don’t just book meetings; you architect her week to ensure "Deep Work" for software development and high-level sales is never interrupted.
Inbox Zen & Triage: You are the first line of defense. You filter, label, and respond to 80% of incoming communication so Lisa only sees what truly requires her eyes.
High-EQ Representation: Whether in the DMs or via
The Digital Housekeeper: You ensure Lisa’s digital environment (Google Drive, Slack, Inbox) is organized, clutter-free, and optimized for speed.
2. Secondary Responsibility: Systems & AI (Behind the Scenes)
ClickUp Command Center (Non-Negotiable): You manage the team’s workflow. You ensure the Creative Architect, Tech Guy, and Developer are on track, using ClickUp Automations to move tasks through to the "Wednesday Drop."
GHL Pipeline Mastery (Non-Negotiable): You ensure the CRM is 100?curate. You manage lead tags and nurture sequences, ensuring no "Golden Opportunity" ever falls through the cracks.
AI Integration: You leverage AI to make the business faster. This includes using AI for meeting transcriptions, instantly turning "voice notes" into formatted SOPs, and overseeing AI-driven lead responses.

2–3+ Years as an EA or Ops Manager for a high-ticket coach, consultant, or agency.
GoHighLevel (GHL) Proficiency: Experience managing leads, pipelines, and workflows.
ClickUp Experience: Ability to build and manage complex project boards and automations.
AI Literacy: Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Otter, etc.) to automate repetitive admin tasks.
