What this role actually looks like
About 10 hours per week goes toward direct executive assistant support for our CEO: inbox, calendar, scheduling, follow-ups, and helping protect his time. The rest of your hours go toward support work across our sales, marketing, and admin departments.

On a typical day, you might clear the CEO’s inbox, prep notes before a tea ---------- eting, follow up on a stalled marketing project, and help a sales tea ---------- mber track down a client document. No two days look exactly the same, and that is part of what makes this role great.

What you will do
Support the CEO with inbox, calendar, scheduling, and follow-through
Join tea ---------- etings, take clear notes, and track action items
Follow up with teammates so projects and decisions do not stall
Keep documents, details, and information organized
Provide backup support across sales, marketing, and admin
Step in when teammates are out or when extra hands are needed
Spot loose ends and gaps before they become bigger problems
Bring calm, structure, and reliability to a fast-moving team

Compensation and growth path
This role starts at up to 100 hours per month.
First 30 days: $7/hr, up to $700/month
After 30 days: $8/hr, up to $800/month
Within 90 days: growth to 160 hours/month at $1,280/month, based on performance

The path to full-time is real and intentional. We are not looking for a short-term hire. We are looking for someone who wants to prove themselves, grow with us, and become a long-term, deeply valued part of this team. Additional hours beyond the monthly cap must be pre-approved and are paid at the same hourly rate.
