Looking for a sharp, organized EA to support the CEO of a growing U.S. marketing agency.
This is not a passive role. You'll be the person who catches everything that falls through the cracks — managing tasks in ClickUp, scheduling on my calendar, and crafting sales
You need:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Background in or exposure to the marketing agency world
Experience as a ghostwriter-style EA — you've written
Experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools
Familiarity with HubSpot — we use it for all sales outreach
Minimum 4 hours per day of EST business hours overlap
The ability to figure things out on your own — I don't have time to hold your hand. If you need constant direction this isn't the right fit.
Details:
15-20 hrs/week to start, more as we grow
$6-10/hr depending on experience
Long term if it's a good fit
