We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to Austin Netzley, CEO of 2X.
This is not a typical assistant role.
This is for someone who wants to operate as a true right hand to a founder — helping build, organize, and execute across both business and life.

Your mission is simple:
Protect and free up the CEO’s time as a right hand partner to help handle a lot of the details and tasks that can bog him down.
You will operate as a leverage multiplier — ensuring the right things get done, at the right time, with high quality.
This role is about ownership, anticipation, and execution… with a strong attention to detail, a love for systems, producing efficiently, and being able to wear numerous hats with different tasks and responsibilities.

This role is responsible for ensuring:
1. CEO Time is Protected and Optimized
Calendar reflects true priorities, not noise.
2. Communication is Clean and Controlled
Email
3. Projects Move Without Bottlenecks
Key initiatives progress quickly without the CEO needing to follow up.
4. Personal + Business Logistics Run Seamlessly
Travel, scheduling, events, and life logistics are handled smoothly.
5. Events Are Executed at a High Level
Masterminds and experiences are well-organized and on-brand.
6. The Team Stays Aligned and Supported
Basic HR, onboarding, and internal coordination run cleanly.
7. Systems Are Built (Not Just Tasks Completed)
Work becomes organized, repeatable, and scalable over time.
>> Core Responsibilities
1. Executive Support (Business)
- Own
- Manage calendar with strong prioritization
- Coordinate business travel and logistics
- Conduct research and prep materials
- Support slides, docs, and key initiatives
- Maintain ClickUp task organization
2. Personal Support
- Plan and coordinate personal travel
- Schedule personal appointments and events
- Manage gifts and special occasions
- Handle health, insurance, and admin logistics
- Coordinate with household support
3. Event Coordination (Masterminds)
- Coordinate venues, food, and activities
- Manage communication with clients, vendors, and speakers
- Support on-site execution (when applicable)
- Maintain event systems and checklists
4. Team & HR Support
- Support team communication and culture
- Track reports, scorecards, and metrics
- Coordinate onboarding and access for new hires
- Manage team gifts, time off, and logistics
- Assist with hiring and screening when needed
5. Marketing & Founder Support (Light)
- Coordinate with media team as needed
- Support social posting or content logistics
- Assist with podcast and PR coordination
