About the Role:
We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive EA/Operations partner to support a creative founder (Adam). This role is for someone who can bring structure, reduce cognitive load, and fully leverage HubSpot (currently underused) to drive operations, sales flow, and follow-ups.
Top Priorities (Your Focus):
Inbox Management (Inbox Zero Daily)
-Triage, prioritize, and ensure follow-through
-Keep communication organized and accountable
Content & Consistency Engine (LinkedIn + Newsletter)
- Turn ideas into polished, human posts (in Adam’s voice)
-Maintain consistent posting cadence + newsletter schedule
Outreach & Follow-Up System (Human, Not Automated)
-Manage warm, personalized follow-ups after events
-Craft authentic LinkedIn/email messages that build real relationships
Core Requirement (Must-Have): HubSpot Expertise
-Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, and automations
-Turn HubSpot into a simple, powerful system (not overcomplicated)
-Track deals, follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Nice to Have / Bonus:
-Draft proposals from sales call notes (Fathom)
-Experience with Google Workspace, ChatGPT/Claude
-Interest in personal branding, AI workflows, and creative businesses
Working Style:
-PST overlap preferred (flexible for async work)
-Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
