JOB OVERVIEW

**Position: Operations Manager (Real Estate Team | Remote – Philippines)**

The Bhagat Group is a high-performance real estate team based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We are looking for a **strong Operations Manager** to run the day-to-day business, build systems, and bring structure across the entire organization.

This is not an assistant role. This is a **leadership position** for someone who can take ownership, drive accountability, and scale operations.

**Important:**
This role requires **real estate operations experience**. If you have not managed operations for a real estate team or brokerage, **do not apply**. We need someone who can step in and execute immediately without training.

**Role Overview**

You will be responsible for building and managing systems across **transactions, marketing, agent support, and accountability**. Your job is to make sure the business runs efficiently without the team lead being involved in daily execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the real estate team
• Build, implement, and enforce **SOPs across all departments**
• Manage transaction flow and ensure timelines and compliance are met
• Oversee TC, admin, marketing, and support staff
• Track KPIs across agents and operations
• Create systems for **lead flow, follow-up, and conversion tracking**
• Ensure CRM (Follow Up Boss or similar) is properly maintained and used
• Coordinate with vendors, marketing, and listing workflows
• Identify bottlenecks and fix inefficiencies immediately
• Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable to performance and deadlines
• Work directly with leadership to scale the business

**Absolute Requirements**

• Proven experience as an **Operations Manager in a real estate team or brokerage**
• Deep understanding of **U.S. real estate operations and transaction flow**
• Ability to build and manage **systems, processes, and SOPs**
• Strong leadership and accountability management skills
• Must be able to operate with **minimal supervision**
• Must know most of the tools mentioned above.

**Strong Preference**

• Experience working with **California real estate teams**
• Experience with **eXp Realty systems and structure**
• Familiarity with **Follow Up Boss, SkySlope, and real estate tech stack**
• Experience managing **remote teams (especially offshore teams)**

**Core Skills**

• Systems thinker, not task executor
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• High attention to detail and process accuracy
• Data-driven decision making (KPIs, tracking, reporting)
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
