I run a fast-growing creator business focused on social confidence, community building, and content creation. My platforms reach hundreds of thousands of people, and we’re scaling quickly across YouTube, short-form content, and an online community.
I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive VA who can help run the operations side of the business so I can focus on content creation and growth.
I’m looking for someone who enjoys systems, organization, tracking metrics, and helping build structure inside a growing company.

Your Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
• Build and maintain task boards (Trello / Google Sheets)
• Track weekly business metrics (YouTube, community growth, content output)
• Help build simple systems to improve productivity
• Maintain organized workflows across the team
Content Coordination
• Track video production progress
• Coordinate with editors on deadlines
• Maintain a content pipeline tracker
• Ensure content is scheduled and delivered on time
Reporting & Accountability
• Send weekly performance reports
• Track key growth metrics
• Identify bottlenecks in the workflow
Administrative Support
• Manage scheduling and reminders
• Organize tasks and priorities
• Help keep projects moving forward

Ideal Candidate
• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong communicator open to daily communication with the founder and team
• Comfortable with Trello and Google Sheets
• Enjoys systems and problem-solving
• Interested in working with a creator business
Bonus if you:
• Have experience working with creators or startups
• Know Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or project management tools
• Are interested in personal development or creator businesses
• Have previous experience as a VA
