JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in the real estate space. This is a Direct Hire position, and we require candidates to have at least 1-2 years of experience in an executive administrative role, with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or Title Companies.

In this role, you will handle communications between tea ---------- mbers, organize and manage the company owner's calendar, and oversee data management in our CRM. While on-the-job training will be provided for the CRM system, familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Calendly, Facebook/Instagram, Gmail, and Excel is preferred. We are looking for someone who is humble, a go-getter, smart, and reliable. If you are ambitious and can manage tasks with minimal supervision, this opportunity is for you. Additionally, having an Upwork account with reviews is a bonus.

Please do not apply if you are new to the executive assistant role, as we are seeking candidates with prior relevant experience and strong organizational skills.
