A growing U.S.-based engineering services firm is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant with accounting or bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and ready to take on both administrative and financial support tasks to help streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize
Handle invoicing, billing, and contractor payments using QuickBooks
Track hours and productivity via Hubstaff
Log and organize
Support project coordination and executive-level administrative tasks
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin VA, or Bookkeeping VA
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Experience with Evergreen, Jira, or project management systems is a plus
Must be available to work U.S. business hours (EST), ideally 12 PM to 4 PM Eastern Time, with some flexibility
