THE ROLE: STRATEGIC PARTNER & EA (PVET MINDSET)
Raven Home Co (Luxury Real Estate) and Lois Head Spa are seeking a "Value-Add" partner to act as my right hand. You aren't just a task-taker; you are a resourceful "shield" who owns outcomes, manages the chaos, and lives and breathes the growth of these brands.
01 / THE PVET STANDARD
- PROACTIVE: You find the missing piece before the puzzle is finished. You anticipate my needs before being asked.
- VALUE-ADD: You aren't just "online"—you are an engine for growth. You understand how your work affects the bottom line.
- EXECUTION: You thrive on checklists and "Operating Bibles." You don't let the chaos drive you; you drive the environment.
- TECH-SAVVY: You aren't afraid of GoHighLevel or new tools. You YouTube the solution and master systems on your own.
02 / STRATEGIC & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Game Plan Execution: Take a vision and break it down into an actionable, step-by-step checklist.
- Metric Oversight: Review ad performance and KPIs. You don’t need to run the ads, but you must understand how they work and alert me if business needs aren't being met.
- Resourceful Problem Solving: You bring me solutions, not just problems. If a system breaks, you research the fix before alerting me.
- Raven Home Co Ops: Manage calendar/inbox, coordinate luxury client touchpoints, and manage the GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM and lead flow.
- Lois Head Spa Ops: Handle team scheduling, staff communications, and day-to-day "firefighting" so I am only pulled in for major decisions.
- Availability: You know how to manage your own workload. You understand that a growing business sometimes requires eyes on things during peak times or weekends to ensure quotas are met.

5. Confirm: Do you have experience with GoHighLevel? If not, how do you typically learn new software?
