I'm looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant who's fast, self operator that don't need me to tell them what to do all the time in order to help manage daily operations for several U.S. home-service businesses (garage door, locksmith, home services).
This is a long-term opportunity with bonuses for the right person.
Responsibilities
• Assist the business owner with daily operational tasks
• Manage CRM, leads, and basic reporting
• Manage
• Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking (QuickBooks or similar)
• Help organize receipts, payments, and financial records
• Stay active in WhatsApp groups and coordinate with subcontractors and technicians
• Help assign jobs, follow up on leads, and make sure tasks are completed
• Organize projects using tools like
• Research and solve operational issues when needed
Requirements
• Strong English communication
• Extremely organized and proactive
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting tools is a big plus
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple tea
• Able to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
