• You’re calm, patient, and solution-focused under pressure - when you receive calls about issues, your natural instinct is to resolve, not get flustered.
• You speak exceptional English with a clear voice and minimal accent - the kind that U.S.-based callers can easily understand on the phone.
• You are resourceful and skilled at problem solving, able to think on your feet, and naturally good at handling unexpected or challenging situations.
• You consider yourself highly intelligent - the type of person others rely on when something tricky needs solving.
• You have prior work-from-home experience and know how to manage yourself independently.
• You have a proven history of staying with past employers (ideally 2 years or more).
• You want stable, long-term, full-time employment and value security over chasing short-term high pay that disappears.

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM Pacific Time | Active working hours occur within that window
