JOB OVERVIEW

The Chief of Staff – Executive Operations & Strategic Integration reports directly to the CEO and serves as the CEO’s primary strategic execution partner and organizational integrator. This role owns CEO calendar authority, directive management, cross-functional alignment, and enterprise-level operational accountability. Acting as an extension of the CEO, the Chief of Staff ensures that vision, priorities, and strategic decisions translate into structured execution across all departments. The position combines executive leverage, operational leadership, project orchestration, and accountability oversight to drive organizational performance, clarity, and disciplined execution.

1. CEO Strategic Partner & Authority Extension
• Fully own and control the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and time optimization.
• Translate CEO vision into actionable execution plans across departments.
• Track and enforce completion of all CEO directives and strategic initiatives.
• Represent the CEO in cross-functional meetings when appropriate.
• Provide strategic briefings, executive summaries, and decision-support materials.

2. Organizational Integration & Alignment
• Serve as the central integrator across leadership, operations, and project teams.
• Ensure departmental goals align with CEO-level priorities.
• Identify misalignment, inefficiencies, or execution gaps and correct course.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to eliminate silos and improve ---------- ntum.

3. Enterprise Project & Initiative Leadership
• Oversee company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems for visibility and control.
• Monitor execution performance and intervene when projects fall off track.
• Ensure disciplined milestone tracking and accountability enforcement.

4. Operational Governance & Infrastructure Oversight
• Oversee HR process alignment, payroll coordination, and operational reporting systems.
• Maintain SOP integrity, workflow optimization, and system governance.
• Build scalable operational frameworks to support company growth.
• Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and execution velocity.

5. Executive Reporting & Performance Intelligence
• Deliver high-level weekly, monthly, and strategic performance reports to the CEO.
• Maintain a CEO-level directive log with visibility across departments.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Escalate risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps proactively.

Strategic Impact & Organizational Authority

This role operates at a Chief of Staff level — functioning as the CEO’s right hand and enterprise execution leader.
The Chief of Staff acts as:
• Strategic integrator across the organization

• Owner of directive execution and accountability
