Code 1 Solutions is a New York–based emergency vehicle upfitting company serving police, fire, and EMS departments across the United States.

This is a key front-facing role within our company.

????? Strong Speaking Skills Required

This is a phone-heavy role. You will regularly communicate with customers regarding:

-Equipment installations
-Deposit payments and balances
-Scheduling and service updates

We are looking for someone who has:

-A clear, neutral American accent
-Strong pronunciation and clarity
-A confident, professional, and warm tone
-Natural pacing (not rushed or slow)
-The ability to communicate smoothly without sounding scripted
-Clear and confident communication is the most important qualification for this position.

We are currently expanding our support team and are ideally looking for a female representative who can bring professionalism, warmth, and strong communication skills to the role.

???? Key Responsibilities

-Answer incoming business calls professionally
-Provide payment confirmations and equipment updates
-Schedule and confirm installation appointments
-Maintain accurate updates in Shopmonkey
-Respond to email, text, and WhatsApp inquiries
-Coordinate follow-ups with customers and vendors
-Organization and attention to detail are important in this role.

???? Work Schedule

-Monday–Friday
-Starting 9:00 AM EST
-40 hours per week
-Must remain responsive during shift
-Occasional extended hours depending on workload
