Total Harmony Financial is a strategic tax and accounting firm serving business owners in the Agriculture, Transportation, and Construction industries. We do more than prepare tax returns. We help entrepreneurs build financial structure, improve operational efficiency, and scale their businesses with clarity and confidence.
We are currently expanding and are seeking a highly capable Accounting & Business Executive Assistant to join our remote team.
This is a hybrid role that combines accounting support with growth and client acquisition initiatives. We are looking for someone who understands financial systems but is also comfortable contributing to marketing and business development efforts.
This role requires independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically — not just complete assigned tasks.
Accounting & Backend Operations
• Assist with bookkeeping workflows and reconciliations
• Maintain organized financial documentation
• Support tax preparation file organization
• Prepare internal financial summaries when needed
• Improve backend systems and workflow efficiency
• Maintain accurate CRM and client records
Client Onboarding & Acquisitions
• Support onboarding of new and prospect clients
• Assist with proposals and follow-up communication
• Conduct research to identify potential clients in target industries
• Support outreach campaigns via
• Track and manage lead generation activities
Social Media & Brand Support
• Schedule and manage social media content
• Engage with industry audiences
• Support content repurposing and visibility efforts
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who has:
? Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
? Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
? Experience using CRM systems
? Excellent written and verbal English communication
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Ability to work with minimal supervision
? Comfort supporting outreach and lead generation initiatives
Bonus experience in:
• Construction accounting
• Trucking or transportation businesses
• Agriculture or farm-based businesses
