Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Bookkeeper & Admin Specialist to manage financial tracking and support day-to-day admin across our online businesses. This role is ideal for someone strong with numbers, systems, and organization, with clear English communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
• Track expenses, revenue, invoices, and payments
• Reconcile accounts and keep records up to date
• Build and manage tracking in Google Sheets
• Support general admin tasks and internal documentation
• Communicate clearly with internal teams when needed
Requirements
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar)
• Strong Google Sheets skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High attention to detail and ability to work full-time
Nice to Have
• Experience with online businesses, SaaS, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
• Experience handling multi-entity or high-volume transactions
