We are a fast-growing roofing and exterior contracting company seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support the owner and help streamline daily operations. This role is critical in helping the company stay organized, improve efficiency, and support continued growth.
Responsibilities:
-Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and appointments
-Organize and maintain CRM, job pipeline, and customer records
-Follow up with customers on proposals, scheduling, and payments
-Assist with invoicing, document organization, and job tracking
-Coordinate with tea
-Manage
-Create and maintain systems, checklists, and standard procedures
-Assist with hiring coordination and administrative tasks
-Provide weekly reports on key business activities
Requirements:
-Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (required)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-Detail-oriented and reliable
-Comfortable using CRMs, Google
-Workspace, and project management tools
-Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
-Construction or home services experience is a plus
Preferred (Not Required):
-Experience supporting contractors or roofing companies
-CRM experience (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, HubSpot, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
