Job Title: Finance Operations Manager (Card & Capital Strategy)
Salary: $800 USD / Month
Description:
Role Overview This role is NOT just about fund administration. It is a strategic position designed to turn our capital operations into a "Profit Center." Your mission is to source capital at the best terms, manage credit with precision, and optimize every dollar spent to generate tangible returns. 1. Core Responsibilities
US Market Credit Expansion (New Focus)
Establish and build US Business and Personal credit profiles from the ground up for upcoming US operations.
Research and apply for US-based corporate credit cards and financing products that offer the best rewards and float.
Manage cross-border credit strategies to ensure seamless capital mobility between Canada and the US.
Financial Cleanup & Operational Efficiency
Conduct a comprehensive audit of all corporate expenditures to eliminate redundant subscriptions and unnecessary costs.
Develop a strategic tax payment and cash allocation plan.
Research alternative financing options (non-traditional lenders or asset-based lending).
Implement a strict cost-cutting roadmap to improve the company's debt-to-income ratio.
Debt Financing & Capital Sourcing
Identify optimal lending products (Mortgages, Business Loans) through banks and private lenders in both Canada and the US.
Open and manage Line of Credit (LOC) limits to secure liquidity.
Lead negotiations with financial institutions to secure the best Term Sheets (Interest Rates, LTV).
Credit Engineering & Score Management
Execute a step-by-step Credit Building & Optimization strategy (Focus on high-score maintenance, NOT credit repair).
Constantly monitor Personal and Business credit scores (FICO), managing them to hit target levels of 780 or higher.
Detect utilization spikes in real-time and execute immediate actions to protect credit scores.
Spend Optimization & Rewards
Reallocate spend to cards with the highest accrual rates (Ads, Travel, Materials).
Strategically align credit card Closing Dates to delay cash outflows (securing 45-55 days of float).
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Forecast cash inflows and outflows for the next 3 to 6 months.
Monitor exchange rates (KRW, USD, CAD, JPY) for optimal transfer timing.
2. Key Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in capital operations, credit management, or banking.
Strong understanding of US Credit Systems (FICO, SSN/ITIN-based credit building) is a MUST.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (cash modeling, utilization tracking).
Detail-oriented personality (obsessed with numbers and deadlines).
