About the Company: We are staffing for Juggernaut Media Partners (
The Role: We are looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. Your primary goal is to help the CEO stay organized and focused on high-priority tasks by maximizing how he spends his time and ensuring he stays focused on the most critical business drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbox Management: Manage the CEO's
Calendar Coordination: Organize meetings, calls, and reminders using Google Calendar.
Team Follow-up: Proactively follow up with tea
Logistics: Provide assistance with occasional travel booking and personal logistics.
General Support: Assist with updating our CRM and documentation.
Adaptability: We are growing fast, so tasks may vary, but the core focus remains on high-level administrative support.
Tools We Use:
Superhuman: For high-speed
Google Calendar & Workspace: For scheduling and documentation.
Google Teams: For internal communication.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written English and clear, polite communication.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Experience managing inboxes, calendars, or executive logistics.
Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential info.
Work Schedule:
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Days: Monday - Friday (Off Saturday-Sunday)
Bonus Skills:
Experience working remotely with fast-moving teams.
