I am a serial entrepreneur running two fast-paced brands: Julian Bond (True Crime Author) and Spacehead (Vape Brand).

I am looking for a high-level Executive Business Partner to run my life and my businesses. I do not want to manage you. I need you to manage me.

THE REALITY OF THIS JOB: You will wear three hats. You must be able to switch between them instantly.

HAT #1: The Brand Manager (The Creative)

Be "Julian Bond": You will manage my author social media. You will reply to fans, write posts, and engage in communities in my voice (Gritty, Southern, True Crime).

Be "Spacehead": You will switch tones to manage the Vape brand marketing—edgy, modern, and sales-focused.

The Hustle: You won't just post; you will hunt. You will find the podcasts I need to be on. You will find the blogs that need to review my book. You will set up marketing funnels.

HAT #2: The Project Manager (The Operator)

Vape Operations: You will track sales data, coordinate with manufacturers, and manage design deadlines. If a shipment is late, you fix it before I even know about it.

Sales Tracking: You will maintain the scorecards. If sales dip, you tell me why.

HAT #3: The Personal Gatekeeper (The Boss of Me)

Manage the Man: My time is my most valuable asset. You control my calendar. You tell me where I need to be and when.

Life Logistics: You handle my travel, book my hotels, manage personal appointments, and ensure my personal life doesn't fall through the cracks.

Force Focus: I have many ideas. Your job is to make sure we finish projects before starting new ones.

Thick Skinned & Confident: You are not afraid to tell me, "No, you can't do that meeting, you have a deadline."

Hyper-Organized: Your files are labeled. Your calendar events have Zoom links attached. You never miss a detail.

Social Chameleon: You can write professional emails to manufacturers AND slang-filled tweets to vape customers.

THE PACKAGE:

Base Pay: $950 USD / Month (Paid bi-weekly).

13th Month Pay: Guaranteed.

Performance Bonuses: For hitting sales targets, booking top podcasts, or successful project launches.

Long-Term: I am looking for a partner for the next 5+ years.
