I’m an entrepreneur with multiple businesses in the home services and real estate / land investing space, and I also have a busy home life. I move fast, think fast, and juggle many ideas at once. The downside is things get scattered, buried, or forgotten unless there’s someone helping organize and follow through. I’m looking for an Executive Assistant who is proactive, extremely organized, trustworthy, and comfortable bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do (Primary):
• Organize and maintain all of my Gmail inbox(S) (labels, folders, filters, triage)
• Clean up and organize files on my Macs. iPhones and Apple Macs. (Downloads, Screenshots, Notes, etc.)
• Keep Google Drive structured and easy to navigate
• Capture ideas, notes, and voice messages and organize them clearly
• Assist with scheduling, task reminders, and simple check-ins
• Help ensure priorities don’t get lost or forgotten
• Communicate through Slack (text + occasional voice)
• Provide gentle accountability and follow-through
• Maintain confidentiality, trust, and discretion at all times
Support for Home Services Business:
• Light financial visibility: pull monthly numbers from QuickBooks and enter them into a simple Pro Forma (fuel, field labor, shop supplies, misc cost, vehicle cost, etc.) to show Actual vs Budget; Quickbooks Experience a plus but definitely not required.
• Assist with
Support for Real Estate and Land Investing Business:
• Proactively identify missing due diligence items related to parcels
• Make research/coordination calls to county, zoning, utilities, etc. (as my assistant)
• Gather info, record notes, and summarize findings
• Miscellaneous Tasks as Needed.

Requirements:
• Excellent English (fluent) — written and spoken
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (basic navigation is fine)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (basic formulas, sorting, etc.)
• Able to work part-time with some overlap in US Central Time
• Willing to submit a video introduction (required)
Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time role
• First few weeks may require more hours for cleanup and setup
• After that, hours stabilize into a weekly/monthly rhythm
• Compensation based on skills and experience (monthly preferred)
