You won't be scheduling meetings and managing calendars. You'll be helping build AI-powered infrastructure for coaching businesses that doesn't exist anywhere else in the market.

Work directly with Phoenix to manage operations as we grow
Keep our team tight and cohesive while we're moving fast
Learn our philosophy, methodology, and systems inside-out
Then take the reins and accelerate things beyond where they are now
The first Sprint (2 weeks): You're learning. Absorbing our system. Understanding our philosophy. Getting ramped up on how we operate.
After that: You're taking ownership. Making decisions. Teaching us things we don't know. Moving at a speed that matches (or beats) ours.

What You're Actually Doing
Phase 1: Learn (Sprint 1 - First 2 weeks)
Absorb our complete system, philosophy, and methodology
Understand how we operate and why we do things the way we do
Get trained on frameworks worth $100k+ that most people never see
Work directly with Phoenix to understand the vision
Phase 2: Execute (Sprint 2 - Next 2 weeks)
Start taking ownership of key operational areas
Implement systems and processes we've already built
Keep the team cohesive as we scale
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Phase 3: Accelerate (Sprint 3+)
Take the reins on operations
Teach us things we don't know
Help us move faster than we currently can
Own outcomes without needing constant oversight

Executes without hand-holding. Once you understand the system, you can run with it. You don't need someone checking in on you every day.
Moves at our pace. We're competing against time and competitors. We need someone who can match (or beat) our speed.
Sees gaps and fills them. You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done. You see it and handle it.
