Executive Assistant — Ponsonby's Real Estate
Location: Remote (Must work US Central Time hours, 8 AM–5 PM CT)
Type: Full-time, Salaried
Compensation: $18,000–$24,000/year depending on experience

The Role
You'll be the operational hub between ownership and our team of managers/specialists. Your job is to keep projects moving, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and communicate feedback clearly so deliverables meet our standards.
This role grows with you — start by mastering coordination, and earn decision-making authority as trust builds.
Requirements
Reliable VPN access to ensure secure connections
Must be available by phone throughout the workday — we communicate heavily by phone, not just chat/email
Quiet workspace suitable for frequent calls
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
Track projects across multiple workflows and hold tea
Communicate ownership feedback to managers and contractors clearly and professionally
Maintain and update CRM records
Manage
Create and maintain project documentation and status updates
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve or escalate issues
You're a Great Fit If You
Have 2+ years of experience as an EA, project coordinator, or operations role
Are highly organized with sharp written English
Can work independently and don't need hand-holding
Are comfortable holding others accountable without being abrasive
Have experience with CRM systems and project management tools
Thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Bonus Points
Real estate industry experience
Familiarity with US real estate marketing workflows
