Executive Assistant (Social Media & Video) – Real Estate

Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | Long-Term | $7/hr | Growth to Full-Time

We’re hiring a high-caliber Executive Assistant with proven social media management and short-form video editing experience to support a U.S. real estate professional with an established business.

This role is for someone who does not need hand-holding, understands content consistency, and can bring structure, follow-through, and creative execution to a busy entrepreneur.

What You’ll Own

Daily / near-daily social media posting (Instagram, Facebook)
Editing short-form real estate videos (listings, open houses, updates)
Turning raw videos, photos, and ideas into ready-to-post content
Scheduling posts and maintaining a clean content workflow
Monitoring comments/messages and supporting basic engagement
Organizing content ideas, priorities, and simple SOPs
Light executive support as systems expand

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

2+ years managing social media for a business or personal brand
Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Able to follow SOPs and improve them

Bonus (Not Required)

Real estate or service-based business experience
CRM experience (Buffini, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Content planning or basic analytics understanding

Schedule & Pay

20 hours/week
Preferred hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Arizona time (MST)
$7 USD/hour, paid weekly via Wise
Opportunity to grow into full-time for the right VA
