JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based, global business-building company looking for a high-energy Personal Assistant & Founder Brand Builder to work directly with the founder. This is not a traditional VA role.

You will learn the business from the inside, help manage daily founder tasks, and become a trusted partner in building brands, content, systems, and ---------- ntum across multiple platforms.

If you are creative, organized, proactive, and excited by entrepreneurship, storytelling, and growth—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Founder & Daily Operations Support
Act as the founder’s right hand for daily task management
Help prioritize, organize, and follow up on ideas and initiatives
Manage internal Slack communications with tea ---------- mbers
Keep projects moving forward without waiting to be asked

Brand Building & Content
Assist with LinkedIn and Instagram posts (writing, scheduling, engagement)
Help turn spontaneous founder ideas into posts, reels, and short-form content
Support basic video editing (Reels, Shorts, clips from longer videos)
Organize and manage content files, captions, and posting calendars

Creative & Growth Initiatives
Bring new ideas for content, storytelling, and brand presence
Spot opportunities to improve systems, messaging, and execution
Help document processes and create simple SOPs as the business grows
Take initiative to learn the business deeply and help move it forward

Who You Are:
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
Creative thinker who enjoys branding, content, and storytelling
Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator in written English
Curious about entrepreneurship, startups, and personal brands
Comfortable working with a fast-moving founder and evolving priorities

Skills That Are a Plus (Not All Required):
Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools
Social media management (LinkedIn & Instagram)
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Canva or simple design tools
Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or creators
