About the Role - As an Executive / Operations Assistant, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep customer projects, internal operations, and deliverables moving—without things falling through the cracks.
You will be part of a fast-paced IT services / SaaS environment, supporting customer projects, internal operations, and team coordination.
This Role Is Not for Everyone - We are not looking for someone who waits for instructions or simply executes tasks assigned to them. We are looking for a self-starter who thinks ahead, understands the bigger picture, and takes ownership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Solutions, Service Delivery, Marketing)
2. Track and coordinate customer projects and internal deliverables
3. Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions before issues arise
4. Ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy of work before escalation is needed
5. Organize documentation, schedules, and reports
6. Support leadership with coordination, follow-ups, and operational visibility
7. Help improve processes and how teams work together
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in a fast-paced IT services or SaaS company
2. Experience supporting customer projects and operational deliverables
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
4. A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time
6. You work well with cross-functional teams, understand the broader business context, and are highly detail-focused—proactively ensuring quality before issues escalate
7. Strong business acumen and follow-through
