-> Help customers repair, upgrade and understand their devices
-> Keep tech simple, honest and stress-free
[ MODULE LOADED: ROLE OVERVIEW ]
You are the organised brain running in the background.
While:
- Front-of-house staff help customers face-to-face, and
- Technicians repair devices out the back,
You’re the one making sure:
-
- Jobs are updated
- Parts are ordered
- Customers aren’t forgotten
- The whole system runs smoothly
[ TASK LIST: WHAT YOU'LL DO ]
> Monitor shared
- Log, assign and update customer jobs and requests
> Create and process purchase orders
- Help track stock, chase parts and support the tech team
> Communicate with customers
- Job updates, repair progress, send-away info, ETAs
> Coordinate third-party repairs
- Microsoldering, console repairs and other specialists
> Answer incoming calls (Mon–Fri)
- Route calls to the right person
- Help with basic tech questions using job notes and tech info
> Run recurring admin tasks
- Reports, invoicing, follow-ups using our systems/checklists

You are an experienced, organised admin who actually likes tech.
Required attributes:
- VERY ORGANISED
You live in lists, systems and follow-ups
- FAST LEARNER
You enjoy figuring things out without constant hand-holding
- TECH-INTERESTED
Curious about technology and happy to talk about it daily
- CLEAR SPOKEN ENGLISH
Easy for Australian customers to understand on the phone
- GREAT COMMUNICATOR
Can turn tech-speak into simple, friendly explanations
- PLAYS WELL WITH SYSTEMS
Comfortable juggling inboxes, tickets and multiple tasks
- TEAM STABILISER
Naturally keeps yourself (and others) organised
You do NOT need:
- To be a hardcore repair technician
- To know how to microsolder or rebuild a gaming computer
You DO need:
- Enough tech understanding (or curiosity) to follow what’s going on and learn more
- The ability to accurately relay information from senior technicians

[PAY SCALE]
- Depending on skill level, you will start on 30,000-40,000PHP
- You will increase 5000PHP every month until you hit 60,000PHP as long as you complete the required training and your performance reviews are successful.
- Future pay increases are available and will depend on your skill level and performance reviews.
