JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a highly reliable, AI-curious Filipino Virtual Assistant who will help me grow and manage my online community for AI & automation for SMEs and entrepreneurs. We use Circle as our community platform and build products like Semantic Pulse, an AI-based market research tool.

This role is a mix of community management, executive assistance, research, and general online operations. You will work closely with me, and I will support you with AI tools and automated workflows so you can focus on high-impact tasks.

• 6 hours per day to start (Expand to 8 hours after 2 months)
• Core time: from 7:00 a.m. UAE (11:00 a.m. PH) for 6 hours
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional flexibility for events, live sessions, or launches is a plus

Key responsibilities

• Circle community management

Monitor posts, answer basic questions, escalate more complex topics to me
Keep conversations alive with prompts, polls, and follow-up questions
Content, communication support, and idea generation
Help format and publish posts inside Circle
Repurpose content into short summaries, checklists, or email updates
Draft replies to common member questions using AI, then refine in your own words
Monitor AI and automation content and trends on platforms like TikTok and X
Observe other AI and business communities to collect content, course, and workshop ideas that are relevant for our members

Admin and operations:

• Manage my calendar for community-related calls and workshops
• Keep track of to-dos, follow-ups, and recurring tasks
• Maintain spreadsheets, simple CRM lists, and documentation
• Do light research on tools, trends, and examples in AI and automation
• AI-assisted tasks
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar to summarize content, clean up writing, and generate first drafts
• Learn how we use automation in the business so you can trigger or monitor workflows
• Help document SOPs and checklists for repeated processes

Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Manager, or similar role
• Excellent written English, very comfortable writing friendly and professional messages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools
• Active user of social platforms like TikTok and X, with a good sense for which AI and business topics are trending
• Experience with at least some of the following:
• Circle or other community platforms (Facebook Groups, ---------- , Skool)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
• Basic task or project management tools
• Stable internet connection with backup option
• Quiet workspace, camera and microphone suitable for calls and Loom videos

Nice to have
• Experience working with founders, coaches, or online educators
• Background or strong interest in AI, SaaS, or tech
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, even at a conceptual level
• Comfortable appearing on camera inside the community if needed
