???? ABOUT THE ROLE — EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / OPERATIONS MANAGER

We’re searching for a proactive, sharp, highly organised operator who can act as a mini-COO—managing tasks, people, operations, and priorities for multiple companies.

This is not a basic admin role.
This is a leadership-level position for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and run operations with confidence.

You will work directly with the CEO to ensure the business runs smoothly every day.

???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
???? CEO Support

Manage calendar, scheduling, and priorities

Organise and filter email inbox

Prepare daily briefings with decisions needed & priority tasks

Turn CEO voice notes into clear action plans and documents

???? Team Management

Assign and coordinate tasks for all VAs & specialists

Keep the team accountable and ensure deadlines are hit

Perform daily quality checks

Maintain project management dashboards

???? Project Coordination

Oversee operations across Dent Brothers, Revivo, Kwoted, and CosCare

Implement SOPs, systems, and workflows

Track progress of marketing, software, recruitment, and operational projects

Prepare weekly reports & performance updates

???? Administration

File & document organisation

Internal document creation & management

Research and information gathering

Template creation

???? SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who is:

Excellent in English communication

Confident managing teams and delegating tasks

Extremely organised with high attention to detail

Strong at problem-solving and independent thinking

Able to manage multiple projects at once

Proficient with Google Suite, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools

Hungry to grow, contribute, and lead operations
