About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and versatile Chief of Staff to work directly with our leadership team. This is not a traditional scheduler role—beyond managing priorities and operations, you’ll engage directly with clients, prospects, and partners to help drive growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations
Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar using Calendly and other scheduling tools.
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of tasks, projects, and follow-ups.
Develop and manage templates, playbooks, and internal processes for efficiency.
Anticipate needs and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Client-Facing & Business Development
Act as a first point of contact for clients and prospects, ensuring clear communication and professional engagement.
Support business development efforts by nurturing relationships, handling initial prospect calls, and following up on leads.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-ready materials.
Track pipeline activity, monitor metrics, and provide insights to leadership.
Work closely with sales and operations to align client needs with company capabilities.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Business Development, or Client Success role.
Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust and represent the company professionally.
Proven experience supporting executives in managing pipelines, priorities, and projects.
Familiarity with sales or BDR processes (CRM tools, lead tracking, outreach, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in scheduling and productivity tools (Calendly, Google Workspace, CRMs).
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
