Take things off Dirk’s plate. Find ways to remove tasks, meetings,
Make sure all the small things get done that Dirk ignores so that we don’t hit bumps down the road because small ignored things turned into big things.
Take care of planning and executing travel and meetings, etc.
Help project manage on behalf of Dirk for the things he is responsible for making happen.
Regular Work Activities
Forward planning.
Have a detailed plan 2 weeks in advance of where the Dirk will be and what he will be doing.
Plan broader details for 2 weeks to 8 weeks in advance for the upcoming schedule.
Plan 8 weeks to 4 months in advance for key meetings, trips, events, etc.
Check
Manage calendar
Communicate with partners, key leaders, people involved with projects, and anyone else necessary
Execute tasks that need to be done
Research/ learn about anything you need to to keep up with what needs to be done
Complete personal level tasks to improve the efficiency of Dirk’s personal household.
Planning around taking care of and maintenance of the Fort Worth estate when the family is traveling.
Completing pre work and preparations for meetings that Dirk will be having.
