About the Role

I'm seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) who thrives in supporting busy leaders across multiple companies. This is not your typical admin role — it’s a strategic support position designed to free up the executive’s time for leadership, growth, and high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities
-Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across multiple companies.
-Inbox & Communication Management: Triage and organize emails, draft professional correspondence, and ensure timely responses.
-Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, occasionally outside of internal processes.
-Document Handling: Manage files, forms, and paperwork related to both business and non-profit entities.
-Coordinate meetings, and handle light administrative tasks.
-Personal Support: Schedule appointments, manage reminders, and help coordinate community or volunteer activities.

Qualifications
-Experienced in executive support, ideally within construction operations or similar industries.
-Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
-Skilled in communication, discretion, and time management.
-Tech-savvy with experience in Keeper, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
-Adaptable, trustworthy, and eager to grow alongside a driven business leader.
-Excellent communication skills
