We are an established marketing agency with a small team looking for someone who's organized with great attention to detail to serve as the founder's assistant, help manage projects and ultimately save the founder's time. This is a long-term role and training will be provided.
Core outcome (1 primary skill):
Turn meeting notes into clear tasks, assign to the team and drive them to done (owners, due dates, simple DOD). ClickUp.
Secondary skills:
Light GHL admin (send invoices, basic bookings) • Client
Must-haves:
Excellent written English • detail-obsessed • proactive follow-through • Good "people skills" • ClickUp a plus •
Working Hours:
Ideally: 2:00am–11:00am PHT to start (can be flexible if needed)
Hours & Pay: Bi-weekly payment via WISE - Salary based on experience and efficiency • long-term role (not a short project). Performance based salary increases and bonuses.
