We’re looking for an Executive Real Estate Assistant who can think, act, and communicate like a true right-hand partner to the founder. This role is the backbone of daily operations — responsible for keeping deals, data, and people organized, aligned, and on track. You’ll be managing communications, transaction flow, lead tracking, and process coordination across multiple projects at once.
This is not a clock-in, clock-out position — it’s a full-time commitment with high expectations, constant communication, and rapid execution. In return, you’ll be compensated extremely well and have the opportunity to grow within one of the most dynamic land businesses in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary operational and administrative support to the Founder/CEO.
Manage deal pipelines, CRM tracking, and property data organization.
Oversee communication with sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal tea
Coordinate tasks between acquisition, marketing, and transaction departments.
Track progress of each deal and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Maintain spreadsheets, documents, and digital records for full visibility and accountability.
Prepare contracts, follow up on deliverables, and assist with document review and filings.
Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and solve problems before they escalate.
