Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant for High Ticket Sales & Social Media
Description:
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support a founder in managing high ticket sales, social media, eCommerce, and brand communications. You’ll help run daily operations, maintain digital presence, and manage client relations with precision and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM or sales pipeline
- Schedule calls, track leads, and handle client follow-ups
- Create and post branded content across social media channels
- Manage eCommerce listings, product descriptions, and order tracking
- Assist in copywriting, marketing coordination, and brand campaigns
- Support executive with research, scheduling, and online communication
- Design graphics for social media and presentations (Canva or similar tools)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as VA, Executive Assistant, or Social Media Manager
- Understanding of high ticket sales and client nurturing
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
Excellent English and communication skills
- Organized, creative, and responsive during EST hours
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ClickUp)
- Social media growth strategy and content scheduling
- Basic SEO and analytics knowledge
Compensation:
- $5/hour depending on experience, for 5-20 hours a week plus bonuses and growth opportunities.
