Be the right hand of a busy principal. You’ll coordinate schedules, travel, purchases, services, and day-to-day admin — and turn recurring routines into simple, repeatable checklists and mini playbooks (e.g., documenting “ideal hotel” criteria so it never has to be re-explained). Discretion, speed, and follow-through are essential.
What you’ll do
• Manage personal calendar, reminders, RSVPs, and quick message drafts.
• Plan travel end-to-end (flights/hotels/transport) with tidy itineraries and buffers.
• Coordinate services/repairs; compare vendor quotes; track orders/returns/warranties.
• Price-compare purchases; manage subscriptions; keep a simple expense log and monthly summary.
• Create/maintain process docs: checklists, trackers, templates (meal plans & recipe library, shopping lists, travel packs, “how-to” notes).
• Daily cadence: AM plan (workout, schedule, meal/venue plan) + PM wrap-up (done/blocked/next).
• Maintain a private PA Handbook of preferences so tasks become repeatable.
Requirements
• Excellent English; strong organization and follow-through.
• Very responsive communicator; tech-savvy with calendars, Sheets/Excel, online shopping, file storage, and chat apps.
• Able to occasionally meet on-site in Iloilo (preferred); mostly remote.
• Availability: acknowledge messages around the clock (target: within 15 minutes); act according to urgency.

Strict NDA; approved channels only; least-privilege access. Work accounts may be logged/audited for security and compliance. No contacting company staff unless explicitly authorized.
