## Who Thrives Here: Archetypes
We’ve found that our best hires have never worked remote. Below are some archetypes that shine from our US based coaches. If you believe you can do this work, we’d love to see you apply.
### The Compassionate Counselor
You’ve spent years guiding others through personal or professional challenges—whether as a mental-health coach, licensed clinical psychologist, or school counselor—and you know how to build trust fast. Your background in trauma-informed support, play-based behavioral interventions, or psychospiritual direction has honed your ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and document clear case notes. You’re comfortable using electronic health records (EHR), designing group workshops, or facilitating community mental-wellness programs—whether in a private clinic, BPO setting, or pro-bono outreach. You’ll leverage that high EQ to connect deeply with entrepreneurs, help them work through roadblocks, and keep them motivated week after week.
### The Data-Savvy Engineer
With a background in operations, quality assurance, or data analysis (like a chemical engineer or psychometrician), you’re used to scoping projects, interpreting metrics, and recommending improvements. Whether you optimized a manufacturing line, ran quality-assurance audits, or built psychometric models, you have the analytical rigor to spot patterns in a client’s to-do list, measure their progress, and optimize their workflows. You thrive on process improvement, and you’ll bring that same mindset to helping founders streamline their weeks.
### The Detail-Oriented Administrator
As an executive assistant, legal assistant, HR professional, or office manager, you’ve mastered calendars, correspondence, and project follow-up. You’re equally at home drafting
